50 % Payment upon reservation, 100 % 1 month before arriving.
Cancellation 3 months or more before arrival : 20 % penalty of the rent
Cancellation from 3 months to 1 month before arriving : 50 % penalty of the rent
Cancellation in the month before arriving : 100 % penalty of the rent.
In case of cancellation and re-renting by owner, penalty is reduced to 20 % of the rent.
Deposit : 400 € + 50 € / dog by transfert before arrival or in cash at arrival

On Google maps or Mappy, search for « Jardin Le Vasterival ». Once you are there, just continue straight ahead on the road until you reach the last wooden house on the right in the cul-de-sac.

Wir waren (leider nur) eine Woche mit zwei Kindern und Hund in diesem traumhaften Ferienhaus. Das Haus liegt ruhig im grünen, hat einen riesigen Garten und ist perfekt ausgestattet. Zu Fuß ist man in 10 Minuten an einem unbewachten Strand, der auch mit Hund genutzt werden kann. Wer es gerne lebhafter hat, kann ebenfalls zu Fuß nach Sainte-Marguerite-sur-Mer laufen. Francis, der Vermieter ist sehr herzlich und steht einem mit guten Tipps zur Seite. Ich hoffe, dies war nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt im Bois-Le-Vent!

Bois Le Vent ist ein sehr gut ausgestattetes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit einem gepflegten und großen Garten. Uns haben die vielen schönen Plätze im Haus und im Garten gefallen, an denen man sich auch mal zurückziehen und verschiedene Ausblicke genießen konnte. Direkt vom Haus aus kann man schöne Spaziergänge unternehmen, was toll für Hundebesitzer ist. Der nahgelegene Strand mit seinen Klippen ist sehr beeindruckend. Francis ist ein toller Vermieter, der uns persönlich begrüßt und verabschiedet hat. Für uns als Familie mit Hund war das eine rundum perfekte Urlaubswoche. Vielen Dank!
