The center of Parcines with all shops for daily needs, a selection of excellent restaurants and inns is about 500 m away. You can start your hikes on the famous Waal paths as well as your bike tours along the Adige directly at the Residence St.Helena. The bus line to the surrounding towns and excursion destinations stops right in front of the penthouse, the S-Bahn to Meran and on to Bozen is approx. 300 m away.

Liebe Familie Störzinger, wir haben uns in dem Penthouse von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt . Der Ausblick vom großzügigen Balkon auf die Umgebung hat mir jeden Morgen ein Lächeln ins Gesicht gezaubert. Das Penthouse war mit allem ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt. Von Partschins aus konnte man wunderbar nach Meran und Bozen starten. Die umliegenden Wanderwege haben wir genutzt und konnten uns wirklich erholen. Alles war perfekt. Vielen Dank für diese tolle Auszeit . Liebe Grüße Beatrice Domke

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser sensationellen Ferienwohnung. Reibungslosen und freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, perfekten Ausstattung der Wohnung. Selten haben wir eine so bis ins kleinste Detail durchdachte und liebevoll gestaltete Ferienunterkunft erlebt. Wenn es überhaupt etwas zu kritisieren gibt, dann ist das Während unseres Aufenthalts hatten wir traumhaftes Wetter mit sehr hohen Temperaturen. Daher hätten wir uns lediglich eine Klimaanlage gewünscht. Um die Wohnung nachts abzukühlen, mussten wir alle Fenster öffnen. Aufgrund der Nähe zur Hauptstraße war es recht laut. Schön wäre außerdem eine Möglichkeit, Fahrräder sicher abzustellen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen bestimmt wieder.
