In unserer ersten Unterkunft gab es weder WLAN noch Fernsehen. Nachdem dreimal jemand da war, stellte sich nach anderthalb Tagen heraus, dass das Problem nicht behoben werden konnte. Wir mussten also in eine andere Unterkunft umziehen. Dort erwartete uns dann der nächste Albtraum: Verstopfte Abflüsse, ein kaputter Geschirrspüler und eine Heizung, die nur sporadisch funktionierte. Wir haben alles dem Kundendienst gemeldet, aber seit heute niemanden mehr gesehen. Eine riesige Enttäuschung für das bezahlte Geld.
