Wir haben diese Ferienunterkunft bei der Ankunft sofort abgelehnt. Unglaubliches Durcheinander. Wir waren wie gelähmt und sehr schockiert. Das ist wirklich nicht möglich. Eine Blamage für Belvilla! Und wir haben Beschwerde eingereicht. Wir wollen unser Buchungsgeld zurück. Wir waren gezwungen, eine Woche in einem Hotel zu verbringen. Scham!
