Cancellation Policy
In the event of the guest canceling the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
Reservation cancellations notified 30 or more days before arrival: pre-payment will be reimbursed
Reservation cancellations between 29 days and on the arrival day or no show: 100% of the total reservation cost is charged (the only possibility to get the money back is a travel insurance).
The handling charges of €50.00 will be deducted from the payout which needs to be returned to the guests. If the payout amount to be returned to the guest is less than €50.00, the guest will not receive any refund.
The cancellation date is considered to be the day when the cancellation notice has been received (if it happens to be a holiday or Sunday, it will be considered the next working day). In case of no-show or unannounced delayed arrival, Euro Tours keeps the total reservation amount.
These conditions are valid from 02/24/2023. For reservations made before 24.2.2023. The conditions applied are the ones made on the booked day until 24.02.2023.

The Villa is located in a small village Srbinjak only 4,5 kilometers from Tinjan, Tinjan is a small town in the interior of Istria, on the road connecting Poreč with Pazin. It is only 17 km from Poreč and the nearest beaches Zelena and Plava Laguna. Poreč is a destination known for its cultural events, bars, restaurants, sports content and beautiful beaches. To the east of Tinjan there is Pazin.

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub! Ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Es sieht genau so aus wie auf den Bildern. Alles ist sauber und sehr ruhig. Alles ist neu: Es gibt 4 Toiletten, 3 Badezimmer, eine Waschmaschine und einen Fernseher in jedem Zimmer. Es gibt einen elektrischen Zaun, einen Wasserfall im Pool, einen Grill, 2 Küchen, Klimaanlage im gesamten Haus... und ein großartiges lokales Restaurant in der Nähe...
Ich kann diese Villa sehr empfehlen und werde definitiv nächstes Jahr wiederkommen.

Für diejenigen, die einen ruhigen Urlaub mit ihren Liebsten verbringen möchten, ist die Villa Quallia eine ausgezeichnete Wahl.
