Cancellation policy
If a guest cancels a reservation, we will retain the following amount of the total reservation price:
Cancellation more than 46 days before arrival – 30% of the total reservation price
Cancellation between 45 and 36 days before arrival – 50% of the total reservation price
Cancellation between 35 and 16 days before arrival – 80% of the total reservation price
Cancellation from the 15th day until the no-show on the day of arrival – 90% of the total reservation price
For NO SHOW reservations or cancellations on the day of arrival, 100% of the total price will be charged.
If the guest is unable to travel on the reserved date due to force majeure, they may change the travel date once to another available period or change the names of the passengers.

A truly wonderful week, the ultimate relaxing, peaceful and luxurious holiday in a stunning villa._x000D_
The photographs do not do justice to the beautifully presented and furnished villa that we stayed in. Everything is of the highest quality, all maintained in pristine condition. It is very much equivalent to staying in a 5* hotel, but with so much space and the ability to fully relax. There is close attention to detail and nothing has been forgotten, including embossed bath sheets, bedding, dressing gowns and slippers. The super king size beds are wonderfully comfortable too._x000D_
We cannot recommend these villas highly enough and it was all topped off by the ever professional, kind and supremely helpful Sladjan who looked after us so brilliantly. Thank you Sladjan, nothing was too much trouble and all of your help and recommendations were spot on!!
