Holiday destination
So, it's best to discover Grömitz on your own: there's almost always a fresh breeze on the fine sandy beach, and pirate ships dock at the long pier from time to time. You can stroll along the kilometre-long promenade to the maritime marina... or even further to the wild cliffs. On the way back, you pass a romantic dune landscape and cross the idyllic spa park. In the evening, restaurants, cocktail bars and pubs beckon.
Getting there
Navigate your "road ship" along the A1 motorway to the "Neustadt-Pelzerhaken/Grömitz" exit, then "rudder hard to starboard" onto the B501 main road in the direction of Grömitz.
