Cancellation policy
After a mandatory booking there will be a fee of 600,--€ starting with the date of bookkeeping entry when cancelled.
There is the following further scale:
· If you cancel the contract 120 to 92 days before the arrival, we will charge you 50% of the rental price or minimal the deposit of 600 €
. 91 to 41 days before the arrival, we will charge you 60%
· less than 40 days before the arrival, we will charge you 100%

Kamilari is one of the most beautiful villages of Crete and is at the foot of the Psiloriti mountains. It is only 2,5 km away from the 20 km long Como Beach.
Kamilari has about 300 inhabitants, several very good taverns, cafes and 2 small supermarkets.
People who are looking for silence, quiet rural life, but excellent local taverns with good cretan food will feel comfortable in Kamilari.
Getting there
The most comfortable method is the arrival by plane. Meanwhile, Agean Airlines also approaches Crete in the winter (stopover in Athen).
An alternative way is the arrival by ferry, which is like a swimming hotel.
The prices will be quite the same.

Wir hatten wieder eine wunderschöne Zeit und waren nun schon zum zweiten Mal hier. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Besonders der wunderschöne Garten mit Pool und die fantastische Terrasse haben es uns angetan.
Man fühlt sich hier einfach rundum wohl und kann wunderbar entspannen und die Zeit genießen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und freuen uns schon jetzt auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Wir verbrachten im Juni 2 Wochen im Haus Seli. Uns hat die geschmackvolle Einrichtung des Hauses sehr beeindruckt und gefallen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Betreuung vor Ort hat sehr gut funktioniert und auch die Mietwagenvermittlung hat, wie auch schon in den letzten 3 Jahren, perfekt geklappt. Das Haus hat ein sehr schönes und grünes Außengelände und einen genialen Pool mit breitem Einstieg. Die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse ist phantastisch und die Nähe zum Ort Kamilari äußerst praktisch, da man dort sehr gute Tavernen findet und es gibt dort auch einen kleinen Supermarkt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder in das Haus Seli kommen und wir möchten uns nochmals bei Familie Kirmaier für zwei unvergessliche Urlaubswochen in ihrem Haus bedanken. Wir können das Haus ohne Einschränkungen weiter empfehlen!
