Das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön gelegen, umgeben von einem schönen Waldgarten. Die Sauna funktioniert gut, und die E-Bikes sind eine willkommene Ergänzung. Das Ferienhaus selbst ist alt, weist viele Mängel auf und ist schlecht gepflegt. Draußen quollen die Mülltonnen über, in denen es von Maden wimmelte. Das Schloss an der Hintertür funktioniert nicht richtig, und ich zweifele an der Sicherheit der Strom- und Gasversorgung. Uns ist aufgefallen, dass der Rauchmelder anspringt, wenn man das Duschfenster nicht weit genug öffnet. Das ist allerdings ein Pluspunkt.
Wenn es Ihnen nichts ausmacht, dass mindestens alle zehn Minuten ein Zug durch den Hinterhof braust, werden Sie hier eine tolle Zeit haben. Allerdings ist der Preis für dieses Haus eigentlich zu hoch.

Ich habe die Mängel später online gesehen, aber sie bestehen offenbar schon seit 2023, es wurde also nichts verbessert. Das erste Schlafzimmer hat keine Tür, das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein Einzelbett, und die Matratze des zweiten Bettes liegt auf dem Boden. Viel zu teuer für so ein einfaches Haus.
