Holiday destination
The district of Mademühlen / Krombachtalsperre was created in the 1970s after the Krombachtalsperre was built and a campsite settled there.
The place was originally built as a small holiday resort, but over the years families and second home owners have also settled there.
Restaurants, shopping and leisure activities (such as hiking, water sports, fishing) are within 300m -2 km. A guide will be emailed to you.

How to find us:
Coming from Dortmund or Aschaffenburg / Frankfurt on the A45 (via the A5)
Take the Herborn-West motorway exit. There you follow the B 255 in the direction of Montabauer to the roundabout (approx. 8 km). Take the 3rd exit towards Driedorf. In the village follow the signs "Mademühlen - Krombachtalsperre".
Coming from the direction of Cologne on the A3
Take the Montabauer motorway exit (exit 40). Continue on the B255 in the direction of Rennerod - Marburg to Rehe. Here on the K45 in the direction of Mademühlen – Krombachtalsperre and follow the signs.
