Holiday destination
The Casa Irene lies on smooth hills, covered with wineyards, 2km outside the small rural town Nizza Monferrato, in the middle of the famous Barbera Wine region. In the vicinity are the wellknown cities of Asti, Alessandria, Alba (white truffels) and Acqui Terme with its hot sulphur fountains (baths). Torino, the regional capital is worthwile a journey (Filmmuseum). The region is also full of marvelous archtitecture from the middle ages and the baroque era.

Eine wunderschöne , gepflegte Ferienwohnung mit allem Komfort und sehr guter Ausstattung. Die Lage ist hervorragend, bei schönem Wetter mit Blick bis zu den Alpen. Wir hatten das Glück das Eigentümerpaar kennenzulernen und haben mit ihnen unvergessliche Stunden verbracht. Unbedingt empfehlenswert!!!

Selten findet man eine Ferienwohnung, die so geschmackvoll und dazu auch praktisch eingerichtet ist.
Praktisch: In der Küche ist alles vorhanden. Sogar Messer, die diesen Namen verdienen. Ein Garten, den man zuhause nicht hat. Ein herrliches Panorama! Und das Beste: Wenig Touristen. Hier kann man in die italienische Seele eintauchen - wenn man es mag! Super Hausmeisterpaar Mariola und Alberto. Ich finde die Preise "sehr preiswert" (preiswert im Wortsinn). Und was mir gefällt: Viele Märkte in der Umgebung mit tollem Obst und Gemüse. Wer er sich wirklich gut gehen lassen will: Cà del Profeta. Ein ganz besonderes Restaurant mit Stern. Menu ab 80 Euro/Person. Ich kann es nur empfehlen.
