In the last four weeks before arrival, cancellation is only free of charge if the house is rented to someone else for the reserved period after the cancellation. If this is not the case, costs of 100% will be incurred.

Holiday destination
The holiday home is located on the first hill above the lake in the old village of Ghiffa. The neighborhood consists of beautiful old villas in large well-kept gardens. The place is about four kilometers from Verbania, the lively market town with numerous restaurants and a variety of shopping opportunities. About 20 kilometers away is Locarno with its diverse cultural offerings and restaurants. Within walking distance of the house you can reach well-signposted hiking trails through the beautiful chestnut forests.

Das Ferienhaus in Ghiffa liegt in einer angenehm ruhigen Umgebung, ideal zum Abschalten und Entspannen. Während unseres Aufenthalts war es sehr heiß, und der Pool war eindeutig das Highlight, sauber, gut gepflegt und eine perfekte Möglichkeit, sich zwischendurch abzukühlen. Man merkt, dass hier Wert auf Ordnung und Pflege gelegt wird.
Auch die Betreuung vor Ort war positiv. Anna war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit, und ebenso alle anderen Personen, die sich um das Haus kümmern. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert, und man hatte jederzeit das Gefühl, gut aufgehoben zu sein.
Insgesamt bietet das Haus eine ruhige Atmosphäre und Liebe zum Detail.
