If you wish to cancel your booking, please do so in writing, by email to villas@kompas-villas.com. All cancellations become effective from the time of receipt. In all cases, a cancellation will only be accepted by the service provider. Cancellation fees will be charged. The date of the written receipt of the cancellation notice is considered the deadline for calculating the period. The following cancellation fees will be charged:
Up to 56 days before the start of the trip ......... Loss of the deposit,
from 55 to 43 days before the start of the trip................ 50% of the total amount,
from 42 to 29 days before the start of the trip................ 65% of the total amount,
from 28 to 15 days before the start of the trip ................ 90% of the total amount,
Less than 15 days before the start of the trip....... 100% of the total amount.
