If you cancel within 40 days before the date of arrival, you will be charged 100% of the rent in addition to the booking fee. Alternatively, you have the right to provide substitute participants up to the number of persons and pets stated in the confirmation. Should the accommodation be partially or fully re-let during the cancellation period, you will be refunded the difference minus the additional costs incurred.

Schöne ruhige Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Modern und sauber. Sehr nette Vermieter. Auf Wunsch auch mit täglichem Brötchenservice. Für zwei Personen genügend Platz, auch für die Skier und Stiefel (beheizt). Ein Regal unter dem Waschbecken wäre gut, aber das ist nicht wirklich ein Kritikpunkt. Parkplatz vor der Tür. Bushaltestelle nur ein paar Meter entfernt. Wir haben nichts auszusetzen, haben uns wohlgefühlt und würden wiederkommen.
Übrigens gibt es Ablageflächen am Bett für Handy und co. (Wurde in einer Bewertung bemängelt)

Tolle Ferienwohnung! Mit so ziemlich allem, was man braucht, ausgestattet.
Update
Uns hat es im vergangenen Sommer so gut gefallen, das wir für dieses Jahr wieder gebucht hatten.
Da man sich hier nun doch etwas auskennt, kann man noch mehr Ausflüge unternehmen. Ein Highlight sind die Gletscher auf gut 3000m, die Hohe Mut, das Gipfelkreuz beim James Bond Museum uvm.
Auch eine Fahrt nach Meran ist auf jeden Fall lohnenswert.
Kurz um....
Es ist ein wunderschönes Fleckchen Erde. Sowohl Österreich, als auch Italien.
