Cancellation policy
Cancellation policy in accordance with European standards, and unless other arrangements are made, the following fees will apply in case of cancellation:
- from the 41st to the 30th day before the start of the stay
30% of the total price
- from the 29th to the 20th day before the start of the stay
40% of the total price
- from the 19th to the 10th day before the start of the stay
60% of the total price
- and from the 10th day before the start of the stay onwards
100% of the total price
The balance of the rental price must be paid no later than 21 days before arrival
A deposit of 200 EUR is due with the final payment

Holiday destination
The apartment is located in a quiet and fantastic area in Prabione, a district of Tignale, the balcony above Lake Garda (500 m) and only 300 meters from the swimming pool, which guests can visit for free with the Tignale Card.
Here on site, you'll find "Bar Lilly 2.0", which offers guests not only espresso or breakfast but also great dishes and refreshing cocktails, daily fresh bread rolls on order, as well as other groceries.

The municipal swimming pool (open from June to September with free admission for our guests) and the Flying Frogs Adventure Park.
In Gardola, the center of Tignale, which is only about 3 km away, there are numerous bars, shops, pizzerias, and great restaurants. Every Tuesday, you can visit the weekly market.

Wir sind das zweite Mal in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung! Es war einfach wieder wunderschön, wir wollten gar nicht mehr weg! Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, sauber und richtig gemütlich, der Ausblick ist ein Traum.
Sehr, sehr liebe Vermieter, die sich richtig Mühe geben und Tipps für Unternehmungen und gute Restaurants geben.
Wir kommen wieder.

Super Unterkunft für bis zu 4 Personen mit reicher Ausstattung und großzügiger, möblierter Terrasse sowie Balkon mit Sitzmöglichkeiten und beeindruckender Aussicht.
Die Wohnung bietet Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Wir genossen diese Entschleunigung sehr und konnten uns kaum am immer wieder in neuem Licht erscheinenden Blick auf den See und die gegenüberliegenden Berge sattsehen.
Die Wohnung selbst ist keineswegs als sterile Ferienwohnung hergerichtet, sie trägt persönlichen Charme, ist sehr wohnlich und bis ins kleinste Detail mit warmer Hand liebevoll und umsichtig-praktisch eingerichtet. Hier wird gelebt.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
