Cancellation policy
Cancellation policy in accordance with European standards, and unless other arrangements are made, the following fees will apply in case of cancellation:
- from the 41st to the 30th day before the start of the stay
30% of the total price
- from the 29th to the 20th day before the start of the stay
40% of the total price
- from the 19th to the 10th day before the start of the stay
60% of the total price
- and from the 10th day before the start of the stay onwards
100% of the total price
The balance of the rental price must be paid no later than 21 days before arrival
A deposit of 200 EUR is due with the final payment

The apartment is located in a quiet and fantastic area in Prabione, a district of Tignale, the balcony above Lake Garda (500 m) and only 300 meters from the swimming pool, which guests can visit for free with the Tignale Card.
Here on site, you'll find "Bar Lilly 2.0", which offers guests not only espresso or breakfast but also great dishes and refreshing cocktails, daily fresh bread rolls on order, as well as other groceries.

In Gardola, the center of Tignale, which is only about 3 km away, there are numerous bars, shops, pizzerias, and great restaurants. Every Tuesday, you can visit the weekly market.

Wir sind als Familie das 1. Mal am Gardasee und haben und in den Lago, das Panorama und das Flair a la dolce vita sehr verliebt. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll und detailverliebt ausgestattet und besticht durch den herrlichen Blick auf den See und das Bergmassiv des Monte Baldo. Die Vermieter Christine und Michael sind sehr bemüht um einen erholsamen Aufenthalt Ihrer Gäste und kümmern sich vor und während des Urlaubes um alle Anliegen. Dass wir bereits früher die Wohnung beziehen konnten, hat uns sehr gefreut. Die Terrasse ist mit zahlreichen Pflanzen und Kräutern ein Ort zum Verweilen, vom Balkon aus genießt man insbesondere Abends den Blick auf das beleuchtete Malcesine. Wir sind bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal am Gardasee gewesen und schauen gerne wieder vorbei.

Wir sind das zweite Mal in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung! Es war einfach wieder wunderschön, wir wollten gar nicht mehr weg! Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, sauber und richtig gemütlich, der Ausblick ist ein Traum.
Sehr, sehr liebe Vermieter, die sich richtig Mühe geben und Tipps für Unternehmungen und gute Restaurants geben.
Wir kommen wieder.
