The holiday home is located at the southernmost point of Apulia, near Santa Maria di Leuca, on the Ionian Sea side. Situated on a small hill in a quiet area, it offers a beautiful panoramic view of the coast and the surrounding Mediterranean landscape. The nearest village is Castrignano del Capo, about 2 km from the holiday home. Santa Maria di Leuca is a pilgrimage destination with a small sanctuary church, where the Adriatic and Ionian Seas meet. The hinterland, the Murgie Salentine, is characterized by its rust-brown soil, plump giant cacti, gnarled olive trees as well as scattered fig and almond trees, stone shelters, and peaceful and slightly cunning Murgia villages.

Wohnzimmer / Küche gut ausgestattet, versenkbare Fensterfront. Toller Ausblick von mittlerer Terasse und Dachterasse. Küche gut ausgestattet, Klimaanlage 1 in Küche/Wohnraum. De 2. Klimaanlage im EG für alle 3 Schlafzimmer im Flur, Nachts kann man die Fenster öffnen da Fliegengitter dran sind. Nächster Sandstrand 15 min, Bademöglichkeit 7 min steinig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca.10 min. Pool im Garten schön groß und gut abgeschirmt vor Nachbarn, Abends nicht genutzt wegen der Mücken. Restaurants 7-10 min.
