Das Schlossgelände ist wunderschön: alte Bäume, Bäche, eine kleine Brücke und sogar ein moderner Swimmingpool.
Die Unterkunft selbst war jedoch schon lange nicht mehr gereinigt worden. Das zeigte sich deutlich in Toilette, Dusche und Küchenutensilien. Gäste brauchen keine Angst vor Hunden zu haben, denn die Besitzer haben zwei wunderschöne Braques, die Gäste gerne begrüÃ_x009f_en. Die Gärtner kümmern sich um das Anwesen, sprechen aber kein Wort Englisch. Fragen wie â_x0080__x009e_Wo kann ich einen Müllsack entsorgen?â_x0080__x009c_ oder â_x0080__x009e_Wo ist der Schlüssel zum Tor?â_x0080__x009c_ blieben daher unbeantwortet. AuÃ_x009f_erdem begrüÃ_x009f_en sie ihre Gäste nicht und mähen und schneiden die Bäume, als gäbe es kein Morgen. Wir haben weder den Swimmingpool noch den Whirlpool oder den Fitnessraum genutzt; diese waren ausschlieÃ_x009f_lich für die Bewohner bzw. andere Gäste reserviert.
