The exteriors of the property are ideal to enjoy the southern climate. In the beautiful communal gardens you will find a large shared chlorine swimming pool, which has a size of 30 x 10 m and a depth range of 1.2 to 2.6 m. The little ones will also be able to have fun and cool off while splashing around in the paddling pool. Once in the house, the private garden will be the ideal place to relax and sunbathe. In addition, there are two furnished terraces where you can enjoy eating or having a drink with your companions while enjoying the marvellous sea views. Please note that the property is located in an urbanisation, so there are neighbours nearby.
The two-storey accommodation has been designed to offer you the rest you deserve. On the main floor you will find a spacious living-dining room equipped with AC and television, a kitchen with ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably, a bedroom with two single beds together, an en suite bathroom with shower and access to the terrace. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are four more bedrooms. Three of them have two single beds each, while the last one has a large double bed, en suite bathroom with bathtub and access to a furnished terrace with sea views. On this floor there is another separate bathroom with shower. All bedrooms have fans and radiators. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and highchair.
The swimming pool is open from 15th June to 15th September, from 11:00 to 15.00 and from 17:00 to 21:00.
Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fe
Total payment is due 35 days before arrival.
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
