District Dresden-Plauen, very green and quiet location, there are some beautiful hiking trails and parks to explore, very nice restaurants and good shopping facilities - all within walking distance in a few minutes: Netto, a health food shop, ice cream parlour, bakery, butcher etc., S-Bahn station and bus stop are within 5 minutes walking distance, the flat is located directly on the Weißeritz river - all windows of the flat look into the greenery and the river - really nice

Die Wohnung ist absolut empfehlenswert. Sie ist modern, gemütlich und mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, es fehlte an nichts. Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist sehr gut, dadurch die Innenstadt in wenigen Minuten mit Bus oder Bahn erreichbar. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und jederzeit für uns ansprechbar. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt , es gibt für uns nichts zu beanstanden.

Diese Wohnung ist einfach toll.
Die liebevolle, geschmackvolle Einrichtung lässt einen sich sofort zu Hause fühlen. Aufteilung und Ausstattung sehr gut.
Der Riesenbonus sind die Vermieter. Sehr zuvorkommend, sympathisch und geben einem gute Tipps.
Parken kostenlos vor der Tür, ruhige Einbahnstraße mit plätschernden Bach.
Wenn wir wieder in Dresden sind, dann gerne wieder.
