CANCELLATION POLICY BECAUSE OF COVID-19
In these uncertain times, we would like to offer you flexibility in your vacation planning: No cancellation fees if travel is restricted because of COVID-19. Deposits made will be refunded or credited to you.
GENERAL CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
You can always cancel before arrival.
In order avoid misunderstandings, the withdrawal should be declared in writing. Decisive for the cancellation period is the receipt of cancellation notice.
Failure to start the trip is generally treated as a withdrawal. If you withdraw from the travel contract or do not start the trip, we can demand reimbursement of our expenses and the travel arrangements made. When calculating the cancellation fees, we have usually taken into account saved expenses and other possible uses of the travel services.
Compensation is calculated as follows:
- until 50 day before the start of the trip: 20% of the rental price
– from 49 to 30 days before the start of the trip: 45% of the rental price
– from 29 to 15 days before the start of the trip: 55% of the rental price
– from 14 days before the start of the trip: 90% of the rental price

Holiday destination
The “Casa Liguria” holiday home is located in Cavi di Lavagna, an original fishing village right by the sea. In the small town centre, you will find everything you need for your daily needs: a small supermarket with butcher shop and fresh baked goods, cafés, restaurants, bars, a hairdressing salon, and various boutiques.
The kilometre-long pebble beach of Cavi di Lavagna with its crystal-clear water is one of the most beautiful in the entire region and is only a 5-minute walk from your holiday home (250 m).
Getting there
Via Brenner – Modena -–Parma - towards La Spezia - towards Genoa - take the Sestri Levante exit – towards Genoa – exit after the tunnel on the right to Cavi Borgo – towards Barassi – the house is on the outskirts on the right.
You will, of course, receive a detailed description and many excursion and insider tips with your travel documents.

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub im Casa Liguria genossen. Das hervorragend ausgestattete Ferienhaus in fantastischer Lage mit einem schönen Garten erfüllte all unsere Wünsche. Besonders haben wir die fantastische überdachte Terrasse geliebt – sie war wie ein zweites Wohnzimmer, in dem wir den Regen draußen in völliger Privatsphäre genießen konnten. Die Lage war fantastisch: Wir waren nur 5 Minuten vom Strand entfernt und perfekt positioniert als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Ligurien oder sogar nach Pisa.

Wir verbrachten zwei wunderbare Wochen in Cavi im Casa Liguria. Das Haus ist hervorragend eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts, und der wunderschön gestaltete Garten sowie die Terrasse laden zum Entspannen ein. Das Meer und der kleine Ort Cavi mit mehreren Geschäften und guten Restaurants sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, ist jedoch ideal gelegen, um bequem zu touristischen Highlights wie Portofino, Santa Margherita Ligure, den Cinque Terre und Genua, auch mit dem Zug, zu gelangen.
Unser besonderer Dank gilt auch der Gastgeberin, die uns bei unseren Fragen sehr hilfreich zur Seite stand.
Wir können das Ferienhaus auf jeden Fall empfehlen.
