If you cancel less than 28 days but more than 7 days before the start of the holiday, we charge 70% of the booking amount. For cancellations less than 7 days before the arrival date, as well as for late arrivals and early departures, we charge 100% of the booking amount (in accordance with the Italian Civil Code, Art. 1385).

Wir waren zu 6 Erwachsenen für ein Wochenende dort. Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen, sehr einladend und hat alles was man braucht. Selbst Kleinigkeiten wie Gewürze, Spültuch, Spülschwamm etc. ist vorhanden. Wir dürften Feuerholz für den Kamin und auch für das Grillen auf dem vorhandenen Grill nutzen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten hier eine schöne Zeit.

Ein tolles Ferienhaus.
Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Außenbereich lädt bei schönem Wetter zu verweilen ein. Rundum ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus für Gruppen.
