Das Haus und der AuÃ_x009f_enbereich sind sehr gemütlich und schön. Schade war allerdings, dass es keinen Kaffee gab, obwohl eine Kaffeemaschine vorhanden war. Und von den drei Badezimmern gab es nur in einem Toilettenpapier und Handseife. AuÃ_x009f_erdem war es etwas laut von der stark befahrenen StraÃ_x009f_e, die etwa 100 Meter vom Haus entfernt verläuft. Deshalb musste ich vom Hauptschlafzimmer in das Zimmer auf der anderen Seite des Hauses wechseln. Abgesehen davon haben wir den Aufenthalt und die sonnigen Tage sehr genossen. Nicht zu vergessen ist auch der freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, der jederzeit erreichbar war, falls wir etwas brauchten.

Ich habe diese Wohnung über HomeToGo gebucht. In der Beschreibung stand nichts von zusätzlichen Reinigungs- und Servicekosten. Einige Wochen später erhielt ich eine E-Mail von Belvilla, in der stand, dass noch 300 â_x0082_¬ ausstünden. Angeblich handele es sich um eine Kaution. Wie sich herausstellte, bekomme ich diesen Betrag aber nicht zurück, da er für Reinigungs- und Servicekosten gedacht war. Das ist ein typisches Beispiel für versteckte Kosten. Während des Buchungsvorgangs wurde davon nichts erwähnt. Ich fühle mich von Belvilla betrogen. Nie wieder Belvilla!
