Cancellation policy
Article 6:
Cancellation
1.
In the event of cancellation, the holidaymaker must pay the operator
a compensation fee. This amounts to:
- 15% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs three months or
earlier before the start date;
- 50% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs between three
and two months before the start date;
- 75% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs between two
months and one month before the start date;
- 90% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs within one
month of the start date;
- 100% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs on the start
date itself.

The compensation will be refunded on a pro-rata basis minus
administrative costs if the spot is reserved by a third party on
the recommendation of the holidaymaker and with the written
consent of the operator for the same period or a part of that
period.

The town of Julianadorp is located one kilometer from the park and has a pleasant shopping center with three major supermarkets.
The seaside resorts Callantsoog, St. Maartenszee, Bergen aan Zee, and Schoorl are not far from the park. The port cities of Hoorn and Enkhuizen, as well as the cheese city of Alkmaar, can be reached in half an hour. A boat trip to the beautiful island of Texel is also possible 4 km from the park.
