The apartments are located in the beautiful south of South Tyrol, more precisely in Unterplanitzing in Kaltern. This family-run house is just a 10-minute walk from the lively center of Kaltern village, with its many small cafes, restaurants, and shops. The picturesque lake can be reached in a few minutes by car or by public transport (the bus stop is only a minute's walk away).
Getting there
Turn left off the main road towards the center of Kaltern, just after the church of Unterplanitzing (St. Leonhard), and after 50 meters you will find our apartments.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit diesem schönen Haus.
Familie ATZ/Fumarola war außerordentlich nett und sehr hilfsbereit.
Besonders gut ist die Aussicht der Wohnung.
Wir werden dort wieder Urlaub machen.
