In the immediate vicinity there is a simple children's playground and a small forest. The village center with shops and restaurants is just a few minutes' walk away. You can reach the dike on foot in about 10 minutes and the south beach in half an hour. The West Coast Park is also within walking distance.
The best way to get to the pier in Bad or the Dünen-Therme, the golf course in Böhl or Ordinger Strand is by bike or car.

Wir waren zu zweit in dieser schönen, sehr gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung. Es wurde an alles gedacht, es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Die Lage der Wohnung in einer kleinen Ferienhaussiedlung ist sehr angenehm, ausgesprochen ruhig (zumindest in unserem Zeitraum ab Mitte September) und doch nur mit kurzen Wegen in Richtung Ortsmitte sowie in Richtung Dünen, Salzwiesen und Meer verbunden. Die nette Terrasse mit dem großzügigen Garten haben wir aufgrund der fortgeschrittenen Jahreszeit zwar nur wenig genutzt, der Ausblick aus dem großen Fenster beim Frühstück auf den Außenbereich war jedoch schon sehr entspannend. Alles in allem ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, es hat uns sehr gut gefallen!
