If you do cancel you will have to pay cancellation charges. The amount you pay depends on the date we have been informed of the cancellation in writing. The following cancellation charges apply: If you wish to cancel your booking always the 30% of total cost is not refundable. Within 30 days prior to arrival date amount is not refundable. Lovely Istria recommends buying the Trip cancellation insurance in cooperation with Uniqa d.d. insurance during the rent reservation. In case of booking cancellation, the guest claims the reimbursement of the funds in accordance with the terms of Uniqa d.d. insurance policies, directly from the insurance company. Lovely Istria will provide all of the necessary documentation upon the insurance company's request for the needs of processing of the claim for the damage compensation.

Wir hatten das große Glück, zehn Tage in der Villa Brioli verbringen zu dürfen – und es war einfach traumhaft!_x000D_ Das Haus ist wunderschön, architektonisch sehr interessant und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Es ist luxuriös ausgestattet, auf einem sehr hohen Standard, und bei unserer Ankunft war alles absolut sauber. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl._x000D_ _x000D_ Der Pool und der Garten sind ein Traum, die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Vermieter Nino – unglaublich nett, hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend, dazu spricht er auch Deutsch, was die Kommunikation sehr angenehm macht._x000D_ _x000D_ Wir müssen zugeben: Anfangs haben wir uns fast nicht getraut, die Villa zu buchen, weil die Bilder so perfekt aussahen. Aber die Villa ist wirklich so perfekt – und es gibt sie wirklich! Ein Ort, den man gar nicht mehr verlassen möchte._x000D_ _x000D_ Die Villa bietet alles, was man sich nur wünschen kann – sogar eine Wallbox für Elektroautos ist vorhanden. Wir waren mit sechs Erwachsenen und vier Kindern hier, und für alle war es ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt._x000D_ _x000D_ Kurz gesagt: Ein perfekter Urlaub in einem perfekten Haus. Absolute Empfehlung! ?????_x000D_ _x000D_ English:_x000D_ We were lucky enough to spend ten days at Villa Brioli – and it was simply amazing!_x000D_ The house is beautiful, architecturally very interesting, and designed with great attention to detail. It is luxuriously equipped to a very high standard, and when we arrived everything was spotlessly clean. You feel at home immediately._x000D_ _x000D_ The pool and the garden are a dream, and the entire property is very well maintained. We would especially like to mention the host Nino – incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating. He also speaks German, which makes communication very easy._x000D_ _x000D_ We have to admit: at first we almost didn’t dare to book the villa because the pictures looked so perfect. But the villa really is that perfect – and it truly exists! It’s a place you simply don’t want to leave._x000D_ _x000D_ The villa offers everything you could wish for – even a wallbox for electric cars. We stayed here with six adults and four children, and for all of us it was an unforgettable stay._x000D_ _x000D_ In short: a perfect holiday in a perfect house. Absolutely recommended!

The Vila was wonderful. Exactly as shown in photos, the space both indoors and outdoors is beautifully designed. The vila is spacious, close to the beach and stores and easy to get to._x000D_ Everything was very clean, kitchen was well equipped, loved how each bedroom had its own bathroom. The pool was the best part - something we could use all day into the evening. Would recommend this as a great family vacation stay. We hope to be back!
