Cancellation policy
Cancellation
If you cancel after a booking confirmation for reasons, which is not responsible for the Herrenhaus GbR Büttelkow, the following cancellation fees are usually incurred:
Cancellation fees are as follows:
90 to 61 days before arrival 50% of the rent
60 to 35 days before arrival 75% of the rent
34 to 2 days before arrival 90% of the rent
1 day before arrival 100% of the rent (this also applies to no-show)
The cancellation fee (7 days or more) will be charged in half if you book the same period at a different time in the same calendar year.
After we have received the cancellation, we will promptly seek other guests for the relevant period and charge the revenue less any expenses associated with the cancellation fee. With timely announcement of the cancellation, it was almost always possible to rent the apartment without further cancellation costs. Nevertheless, we recommend the conclusion of a cancellation insurance.
Early departure:
In case of early departure there is no right to reimbursement of the rental price.
However, we will try to rent the accommodation elsewhere and charge the income accordingly

The Baltic Sea is only a stone's throw away from manor house in Büttelkow - Büttelkow with its 25 inhabitants.
With a little luck you'll be watching around the manor house roe deer and hares, fox, badgers and cranes as well as many raptors in the wild. Experience the beautiful scenery of the Baltic Sea coast with its softly curved terminal moraine
Getting there
From the Autobahn A 20 exit Kröpelin continue until the city of Kröpelin. From Kröpelin continue towards Rerik/Kühlungsborn, if the road divides in the directions Rerik and Kühlungsborn, please drive in the direction Rerik. Approx. 4 km after the village of Boldenshagen it goes left to Büttelkow (right would be Wichmannsdorf) following the concrete track path into the village, on the paving path (hold 10 left at Hof) continue to the yellow post box of Deutsche Post on the right. Here you can be parked and unload.

Wir würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren! Idyllisch gelegen, Natur pur, geschmackvolle Landhaus-Einrichtung, sehr persönliche und aufmerksame Gastgeber. Auto oder gute Fahrräder empfehlenswert, der Strand ist ein ein bisschen entfernt.
