Cancellation policy
The tenant can withdraw from the lease in writing. If the tenant does not name a substitute tenant, the following proportional rents are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses, provided that re-letting is not possible.
Withdrawal:
- up to 95 days before the start of the rental = 35% of the rental price
- up to 45 days before the start of the rental = 60% of the rental price
- up to 14 days before the start of the rental = 75% of the rental price
otherwise (later than 14 days before the start of the rental) = 100% of the rental price.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

wir haben eine schöne und gepflegte Unterkunft angetroffen, in welcher wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Die Ausstattung war umfangreich und gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem tollen Ferienhaus. Wir waren nun das 7 Mal im Ferienpark de Banjaard und haben demnach schon viele Ferienhäuser gesehen, aber noch keines war so toll ausgestattet wie dieses! Es ist außerordentlich sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Familienurlaub mit Kindern braucht. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es eine große Spielecke mit verschiedenen Fahrzeugen, einer Legokiste, Puzzeln, Gesellschaftsspielen und Büchern. Im Garten ein tolles Klettergerüst, ein Holzpferd und verschiedenste Fahrzeuge. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Küche wahnsinnig gut ausgestattet. Wir wollten direkt für nächstes Jahr buchen, aber leider waren die Ferienzeiten bereits vergriffen - verständlich, denn es fehlt einem an nichts im Zonnetje!
