The house is located in the southernmost part of the Ardèche region, surrounded by lots of greenery, beautiful views in an oasis of peace.
Just a 5-minute walk takes you to Sauze Plage where you can relax by the water, swim, kayak, etc. There is also a walking path that immediately leads you to the small cozy town of Saint Martin d'Ardèche (25 minutes' walk). In the village there are some local shops such as bakery, butcher, small supermarket,... plenty of opportunities to have a drink with a view of the Ardèche and many tasty restaurants. In summer there are weekly markets and night markets.
