Der Objektbetreuer könnte freundlicher sein.
Und der Strompreis von 0,5 â_x0082_¬/kWh ist schon Wucher. Bei den Preisen (und Heizung mit Strom) kann ich das Haus einfach nicht weiterempfehlen.

Diese Vermietung ist eine Zumutung.
2 Stunden auf Schlüssel gewartet, dann eiskalte Wohnung erhalten, welche komplett mit Strom geheizt wird- kostenfalle.
Wohnung ist in Bad und Küche total verschimmelt. Gesundheitsrisiko.
Kaution wird Unrechtes zur Verrechnung von Kosten verwendet.
SOS belvilla wurde zur Klärung hinzugezogen , jedoch keinerlei Reaktion.
Diese Vermietung ist absolut negativ zu bewerten und nicht zu empfehlen.
Wir hoffen noch auf eine Lösung. Hatten uns eigentlich auf ein paar schöne Tage an der See gefreut
