Trotz meiner wiederholten Versuche und der von VRBO konnten wir den Gastgeber vor Ort nicht erreichen, um Zugang zum Objekt zu erhalten. Wir mussten in der Hochsaison in letzter Minute nach einer Unterkunft suchen (nur 5 % der Objekte waren verfügbar) und uns mit einem lauten Hotel anstelle eines ruhigen Privathauses begnügen. Ein komplettes Desaster und ein ruinierter Urlaub.

Das Haus war doppelt vergeben. WIr mussten uns um eine Ersatzunterkunft bemühen. AUf mehrere Telefonate und zwei Mails an sos@belvilla.de erhielten wir keinerlei Reaktion. Unsere Vermieterin hat ihren Vertrag mit Belvilla inzwischen gekündigt, da die Abläufe nicht funktionieren. So hatten wir uns unseren Weihnachtsurlaub nicht vorgestellt.
