Briedern is a wine village at the Cochem Moselkrampen -a circular trail- right next to the famous tourist town Beilstein, the "Sleeping Beauty of the Moselle". Beilstein can be accessed via a well developed panoramic ridgeway through the vineyards, and a narrow hiking trail runs through the forest to Metternich Castle and the picturesque tourist town.
Hiking in fresh air, cycling and inline skating along the river shore, mountain bike tours through the vineyards, wine tasting and good food, that's pure recreation and indulgence.
You can also opt to explore the region by car, e.g. Bernkastel-Kues, Cochem, Beilstein, Eltz Castle, the regions Eifel or Hunsrück. Briedern is the ideal starting point between Coblenz and Trier.

Wir haben uns am vergangenen Wochenende hier vollkommen wie zu Hause gefühlt! Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und ordentlich; man merkt sofort, dass alles gut gepflegt ist. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist sehr freundlich – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Jeden Morgen gab es ein köstliches Frühstück, das perfekt für einen guten Start in den Tag ist.
Die Lage ist hervorragend: zentral gelegen in der kleinen Stadt Briedern, mit einer Bushaltestelle gleich um die Ecke und guten Busverbindungen. Parkmöglichkeiten sind direkt an der Unterkunft vorhanden, was sehr praktisch ist.
Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist ebenfalls ausgezeichnet – wirklich unschlagbar für zwei Personen mit Frühstück. Und die Weinkarte mit eigenem Wein ist ein großartiger Bonus �.

Wir waren Mitte Oktober 2023 Gäste der Familie Bleser und haben uns im gemütlichen und sauberen Gästezimmer sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber waren selbst sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Nach dem reichhaltigen und abwechslungsreichen Frühstück konnten wir jeden Tag in die schöne Umgebung aufbrechen. Der große Balkon mit Blick auf die Stadt war ideal, um den Tag mit einem Glas Wein ausklingen zu lassen. Wir können das umfangreiche Angebot des Weinhauses empfehlen. Es gibt wirklich für jeden Geschmack einen guten Wein.
