Cancellation policy
Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions are binding for both parties once the customer has paid the advance payment specified in this contract or both the deposit and the final installment together to the above-mentioned landlord.
BOOKING AND PAYMENT
The booking is confirmed as soon as the customer has paid the deposit (50% of the rental price) at the time of due date, or both the deposit and the remaining installment together. The final payment is due no later than eight (8) weeks before the start of the vacation. If the final payment is not made when due, the remaining amount will be invoiced.
CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENT
All cancellations must be made in writing (by email) to the landlord maison bertuli
email: maisonbertuli@icloud.com.
The cancellation is considered accepted when the termination is confirmed by the landlord.
The law in the booking country, here France, applies.
Refunds:
Deposit is non-refundable
up to 2 months before the start of the trip 50% of the remaining amount
under 2 months no refund is made
If another guest makes an identical booking, the total amount minus €150.00 processing fee can be transferred back.
the security deposit of €500.00 will be refunded
Travel cancellation insurance is recommended.
If you cancel during your stay, the tenant cannot receive a refund.
STAYING IN THE HOLIDAY HOMES
Children under 16 years of age are not allowed to stay on the premises for safety reasons.
The rent includes furniture, kitchen utensils, and cutlery; mattresses, blankets, and pillows are included in the price. Bed linen and towels are inclusive.
The landlord undertakes the final cleaning. The houses must be left broom clean. An interim cleaning is also possible for a fee.
Smoking is prohibited in the holiday homes.
The house may not be used by more people than agreed upon at the time of booking.
Visits are prohibited for insurance reasons.
Bringing pets is forbidden.
Guests who disregard these rules can be expelled from the premises without a refund.
DAMAGES
The customer is liable for any damages caused to or at the holiday home or to its contents and is obliged to report and pay for them or they will be deducted from the deposit.
TOURIST TAX
The imposed tourist tax is to be paid upon arrival at the holiday homes.

LASUITE €2.50 / person / night
LES CERISIERS and LES OLIVIERS €1.65 / person / night.
Rental payment is non-refundable but can be refunded minus processing fee if an identical booking is made.
Deposit and tourist tax will be transferred.

Getting there
Take the A7 motorway, exit at Avignon Sud towards Apt on the D 900 until Coustellet. Head towards Oppède until Le Petit Coustellet, then towards Menerbes, turn left after 200m.

Wir haben 2 Wochen bei Bert und Gwenola gewohnt und wären am liebsten für immer geblieben.
Vom ersten Augenblick haben wir uns wohlgefühlt.
Das Haus ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Alles ist da, es fehlt nichts.
Man kann wunderbare Ausflüge in die Umgebung unternehmen, viele kleine und größere Orte lohnen einen Besuch.
Und anschließend am großartigen Pool und im Garten entspannen !
