Cross country skiing in Sachrang, here is also an illuminated night trails available.
A toboggan run is near. Skiing on the Kampenwand, is in 35 minutes reach the Wilder Kaiser in Austria, in the Kössen Unterberg or Reit im Winkl / stone slab / Winklmoosalm.
Holiday destination
We are alone in the Schossrinn valley. Put behind our house is a waterfall where you can refresh yourself on hot days. From each apartment you have an individual view in the mountains.
In summer, the cows on the meadow your neighbors. In the fall, the elk are rutting for the valley.
Make a Prientalwanderung!
We are between Aschau / Chiemgau and Sachrang. So an ideal base for walking eg in the mountains, enjoy hearty snacks on the pastures.
The Hohenaschau Castle with its falconry is also worth a visit. The Chiemsee Herrenchiemsee Castle and the woman island are easily accessible. Walchsee Hechtsee in Austria (about 7.5 km) also.

By car, exit Frasdorf A8 direction Aschau - direction Sachrang
Arriving by train route from Munich to Salzburg to Prien, then with the Chiemgau train to Aschau.

Wir möchten uns für diese wunderbare Zeit im Haus Waldwinkel bedanken.
Liebevoll eingerichtet mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht hat es uns eine Zeit bereitet, an die wir noch lange gerne zurückdenken werden.
Familie Ass war immer hilfsbereit und freundlich bei Fragen oder Anliegen.
Ein Muss ist der Zirbenshop! Wunderbare Zirbenprodukte gibt es dort zu kaufen - ob als Mitbringsel oder für sich selbst.

Wir waren als Familie - 2 Erwachsene/2 Kinder (6 und 4 Jahre) im Sommer 24 da. Es war genau das was wir gesucht haben. Natur und Ruhe und trotzdem ein super Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge am Chiemsee und Umgebung sowie im angrenzenden Österreich.
Gastgeber sehr zuvorkommen und hilfsbereit. Es fehlt an nichts.
