The villa is build quite open with the living and dining room of about 50 sm. The dormitory and the guest room have their own separate bathrooms with bath tubs and one with a bidet. One bedroom has a king size double bed, the other is outfitted with a double bed which is also usable as two single beds when wanted or needed. The kitchen with build in kitchen equipment is also reachable by a separate door from outside. Downstairs in the cellar you will find a washing machine and the storage for garden furniture and other accessories. The garden in front of the villa has a private pool and you can stay there relaxing on the lawn.
The own water tank gives you independence of the municipal water support in the summer months. Javea is the not only the second or first residence of wealthy Europeans. Many rich Spanish people are also living here. Javea is nice, clean and secure.

Javea and the surroundings are well known as a region with the best European healing climate. The town itself has 26.000 residents and had restored the original flair of a fisher’s town. The villa is positioned at the high plateau of the “Cabo la Nao” in excellent direction to the sun. The garden is in perfect shape. You can reach restaurants, bakery and a small super market comfortable at your feet. A bigger supermarket is to be found in at a distance of nearly one kilometre. You will not have a direct view to the Mediterranean Sea, but a nice look over the plain to the mountains. There are some more villas in the nearer area with international residents. (English, Dutch, German and Swiss people are living there.)
Alicante (dist. 100 km) and Valencia (dist. 115 km) are destinations of many charter and regular airlines. Private airport transfer is available when needed.
If you will get there by car use the highway A 7 exit no. 62 “Ondara/Denia/Javea” .
