Cancellation policy
Guests may cancel free of charge up to 42 days before arrival. In the event of withdrawal, the guest is obliged to pay part of the agreed price as compensation. The amount of compensation is based on the following table:
Cancellation by
42 days before the start of the rental period: free of charge
30–41 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
14–29 days before the start of the rental period: 80% of the rental price
7–13 days before the start of the rental period: 90% of the rental price
After that: 100%
A withdrawal must also be made in writing.
The landlord reserves the right to cancel the booking without stating reasons up to 56 days before arrival. Any payments already made will be refunded to the guest in full. The contract may also be cancelled at a later date in the event of force majeure or other unforeseeable circumstances that make the booked stay impossible. In this case, liability is limited to the reimbursement of the rental price. In the event of a justified cancellation, the guest will not be entitled to compensation. Liability for travel and hotel costs is also excluded.
We recommend that you take out travel insurance.

Our holiday home is located in the holiday park in Rieden/Eifel. The bathing lake is just a five-minute walk away. Here you will find sunbathing areas, a pizzeria, and the Hotel Restaurant Cafe Eifeler Seehütte. You’ll also find several restaurants and a variety of shopping options in town.

Getting there
The best way to reach us is via the A61 motorway from Cologne or Koblenz.
Take the A61 exit Wehr/Nürburgring.
Then take the exit Wehr/Rieden towards Waldsee Rieden
About 500 meters after leaving Rieden, you will find the holiday park with its bathing lake on the left
From there, slowly follow the main path uphill until the second right exit = Eifelterrasse 6 (third house on the right). Then you will have reached your goal.

Huis Jonas is een zeer goed uitgeruste woning, met degelijke spullen en zeer schoon. Met zes volwassenen meer dan voldoende ruimte , heerlijke tuin met uitzicht en tuinstoelen en ligstoelen .
De woning is gezellig ingericht . Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf . De omgeving geeft uitgebreide mogelijkheden om te wandelen en bezienswaardigheden te bezoeken.
