Holiday destination

The Seiband apartment is located in the idyllic surroundings of Akams near Immenstadt, surrounded by meadows and with beautiful mountain views. The region offers a wide range of holiday opportunities all year round: hiking in the Nagelfluhkette Nature Park and water sports at the Großer Alpsee in summer, as well as cross-country skiing in Diepolz and tobogganing on the 5.5 km long natural toboggan run at noon in winter.

Ein wirklich schönes Haus und eine tolle Ferienwohnung! Sie war gut aufgeteilt, alles ist sehr neu und vor allem war es auch sehr sauber geputzt. Die Ausstattung in der Küche war sehr gut. Die Terrasse hatte einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf mehrere Berge und ins Grüne. Im Haus gibt es noch eine Sauna und einen Aufenthaltsraum, das haben wir nicht genutzt, sah aber super aus. Aufgrund der Einzellage ist es ein Stück zum nächsten Bäcker, hier kann aber ein Brötchenservice in Anspruch genommen werden. Die Lage ist ansonsten wirklich sehr zentral für Ausflüge im Allgäu. Der Vermieter ist wirklich sehr freundlich und wirklich daran interessiert, dass man sich wohl fühlt. Er ist regelmäßig vor Ort ansprechbar und gibt auch gute Tipps für Gastronomie und Ausflüge.

Sehr unkomplizierter und sympathischer Gastgeber Herr Seiband. Das Landhaus befindet sich freistehend und es gibt einen wirklich wunderschönen Ausblick in die Berge. Trotz der ruhigen Lage des Landhauses abseits vom Trubel sind Restaurants, Wanderwege und viele andere Freizeitangebote prima erreichbar. Die Ferienwohnung ist modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber, hat unheimlich bequeme Boxspringbetten und lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Auf dem Balkon lässt sich schön sitzen und entspannen. Es gibt einen toll gestalteten Wellness-Bereich im Keller mit Sauna. Ein herzliches Dankeschön noch mal an Herr Seiband für seine Gastfreundschaft und für die tolle Osterüberraschung :-)!
