Die Angaben von Belvilla sind unklar, da ich auch Informationen von Roompot, dem Park, in dem wir übernachtet haben, erhalte. Diese beiden Unternehmen schreiben E-Mails, und die Angaben stimmen nicht überein. Die Verwirrung ist bereits da, und in unserem Fall konnten wir zusätzliche Bettwäsche für 54 € buchen. Sie hätte im Preis inbegriffen sein sollen, war es aber nicht. Dasselbe gilt für den Zugang zum Haus. Laut Belvilla muss man mit dem Code durchfahren, laut Roompot muss man dies vorher melden. Reinigung? Ist obligatorisch und kostet 81 €, aber laut Roompot muss alles gesaugt werden. Das hinterlässt einen schlechten Eindruck bei der Buchung.
