In case of the cancellation, guest is obliged to send the cancellation notice in written form. Cancellation terms will be applied as follows:
1. Free of charge if the booking is cancelled up to 42 days before the arrival.
2. Cancellation made between 42 - 30 days before the arrival, 30% of the total reservation price will be charged.
3. Cancellation made between 30 - 21 days before the arrival, 50% of the total reservation price will be charged.
4. Cancellation made between 21 - 14 days before the arrival, 70% of the total reservation price will be charged.
5. Cancellation made between 14 - 7 days before the arrival, 90% of the total reservation price is charged.
6. Within 7 days before the arrival or no show - 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Die Villa Vanda in Istrien ist ein wahrer Geheimtipp für einen entspannten Urlaub. Besonders beeindruckend ist der wunderschöne Garten, der mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet wurde. Hier kann man die Ruhe genießen und die mediterrane Vegetation bewundern._x000D_

Die Zimmer der Villa sind äußerst komfortabel und voll klimatisiert, was besonders in den heißen Sommermonaten sehr angenehm ist. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl, und die Betten sind sehr bequem._x000D_

Die Küche ist modern und hervorragend ausgestattet, sodass man problemlos selbst kochen kann. Für alle, die gerne lokale Produkte probieren, gibt es in der Nähe gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, und auch der Strand ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt.
