Cancellation policy
In the event of a cancellation of the lease, which must be communicated in writing, the tenant is subject to the following obligations:
a) Up to 61 days before the start of the tourist rental period, the entire deposit will be retained.
b) From the 60th to the 35th day before the start of the tourist rental, the owner has the right and the entitlement to demand a payment of 20% of the total rent in addition to the retained deposit.
c) From the 34th to the 2nd day before the start of the tourist rental, the owner has the right and the authority to demand a payment of 50% of the total rent in addition to the retained deposit.
d) If the cancellation occurs on the day before or on the same day (no-show) of the start of the tourist rental, the owner has the right and the entitlement to demand a payment of 60% of the total rent in addition to the retained deposit.
e) If, before the start of the rental period, the owner finds another tenant who accepts the cancelled property for the same period and the same price, the tenant who has withdrawn from the contract will receive a refund of their deposit. In any other case, the deposit will be retained.

In Venturina Terme (approx. 8 km) you will find the Calidario thermal baths, a wide selection of supermarkets, and a pedestrian zone.
Holiday destination
In the immediate vicinity are Populonia with its Etruscan museum and archaeological site, the Gulf of Baratti with its glittering, almost black sand, and La Buca delle Fate, a rocky cove with turquoise water. The medieval town of Massa Marittima with its beautiful cathedral is definitely worth seeing, as are Volterra with its Etruscan/Roman history and Bolgheri with its renowned wine cellars.
Very beautiful beaches can also be found in San Vincenzo in Rimigliano Park and towards Follonica in Sterpaia Park.
Getting there
It is recommended to arrive by car.
If you are arriving by plane, the airports of Pisa, Florence or Rome are recommended.
In this case, however, you should rent a car.
If you are arriving by train, you can travel as far as Follonica or Grosseto. Even better is Campiglia Marittima, as that is the nearest train station.

Wir waren bezaubert von diesem liebevoll gestalteten Grundstück und Haus. Die Poolandschaft mit Felsen und Wasserfall ist außergewöhnlich. Der Ausblick über die Landschaft bis zum Meer grandios. Die Lage am Hügel ist wunderbar ruhig und privat. Die Vermieter pflegen das Objekt und den Garten mit viel Hingabe und sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Haus ist im Bereich der Schlafzimmer voll klimatisiert, schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Wunderbar ist auch der schattige Sitzplatz zwischen Haus und Pool, im Sommerurlaub der Lebensmittelpunkt. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
