Das Ferienhaus ist in Ordnung, alles Wichtige ist vorhanden, die Lage gut. Ein Grill wäre schön gewesen. Die vorhandenen Fahrräder sind praktisch. Allerdings, als wir am 6. Tag nach unserer Rückkehr nach der Erstattung unserer Kaution fragten, erhielten wir drei Fotos von den Esszimmerstühlen, die offenbar Beschädigungen aufwiesen. Uns selbst ist diesbezüglich nichts aufgefallen und darüber hinaus wunderten wir uns darüber, dass der Vermieter erst auf Nachfrage von diesen Beschädigungen berichtete. Somit gab es keine Kaution zurück.

Wir haben ein Grill im Bergung Diese Mieter hat 3 Stühllen beschädigt. Die Stühlen kosten € 90 pro Stück. Also totalen Kosten € 270 Die Kaution war € 150 also das ist nicht viel. Für €150 können wir kein 3 neuen Stühlen kaufen. Unsere Kosten sind € 120 aber das ist unsere Risico Aber wir finden es nicht nett. Wenn man Verletzung macht muss man es Zahlen Diese Fam. steht ab jetzt auf unsere Swarzliste.
