Cancellation policy
Article 6: Cancellation
1. In the event of cancellation, the vacationer must pay the entrepreneur a compensation. This amounts to:
- 15% of the agreed price if cancelled three months before the start date or earlier;
- 50% of the agreed price if cancelled between three and two months before the start date;
- 75% of the agreed price if cancelled between two months and one month before the start date;
- 90% of the agreed price if cancelled within one month before the start date;
- 100% of the agreed price if cancelled on the day of the start date.
2. The compensation will be refunded on a pro-rata basis minus the administration costs, if the spot is reserved by a third party on the recommendation of the vacationer and with the written consent of the entrepreneur for the same period or part of this period.

Holiday destination
Right at the entrance of the town, you'll find the characteristic Emelisse brewery, which also offers tours. At the other end of Kamperland, there is even a planetarium and a laser tag arena. Towards the Veerse Meer, you'll find the boarding point for the bicycle and pedestrian ferry to Veere.
Additionally, there's the nature reserve 'De Schotsman', where you can discover the typical flora and fauna of the island. This is also where the water ski center is located.

Die Lage ist wirklich schön – in nur wenigen Minuten ist man am Strand, und Ruhe findet man hier ebenfalls. Für den Sommer würde ich die Unterkunft jedoch eher nicht empfehlen, da es keine Klimaanlage gibt. Mit Hunden kann das gerade an warmen Tagen schwierig sein, besonders wenn das Wetter schlecht ist und man mehr Zeit drinnen verbringt._x000D_

Bei der Ankunft waren die Betten noch nicht bezogen, aber auf Nachfrage haben wir Bettwäsche bekommen. Das Bett bestand aus zwei Matratzen, die leicht auseinandergerutscht sind, und das Schlafzimmer + Kleiderschränke war insgesamt sehr klein._x000D_

Trotz dieser Punkte habe ich den Aufenthalt insgesamt angenehm empfunden und die schöne Umgebung genossen – für mich persönlich wäre es aber kein Ort, an den ich zurückkehren würde.
