Frau Sabine als Ansprechpartnerin im Haus ist wirklich super. Sie unterstützt sofort und kümmert sich um alle Anliegen, die wir als Gruppe benötigten.
Leider ist das Haus selbst in keinem guten Zustand. Die Lattenroste der Betten sind katastrophal. Lauter gebrochene Latten. Zu Teil fehlten sie komplett.
Und auch in der Küche müsste man mal Hand anlegen.
Grundsätzlich ist der Forellenhof ein super schönes Freizeithaus. Aber es bedarf einiger Renovierungstätigkeiten, um es dauerhaft zu erhalten.
Dieses Haus ist eine Katastrophe.

Dieses Haus ist eine Katastrophe.
Ein kurzer Auszug aus dem, was wir erlebt haben:
Schmutzige Zimmer, nicht funktionierender Abfluss, Schimmel in etlichen Zimmern, völlig unzureichende Küchenaustattung, Lärm von danebenliegendem Lokal, fehlende Glühbirnen, immer wieder funktionierte das Warmwasser nicht, unzählige Zigarretenkippen auf dem Areal vor dem Haus. Das einzig positive, was man erwähnen kann, ist das ehrliche Bemühen der Mitarbeiter, die Mängel abzustellen. Aber Bemühen ist zuwenig, wenn der Eigentümer kein Interesse hat (auf unsere Kritik wurde überhaupt nicht reagiert), kann man nichts ausrichten.
Finger weg, sonst gibt es eine böse Ã_x009c_berraschung!
