Holiday destination
Our modern holiday home is in a quiet and central location in Ladis. By being self-catering, the guests are together and can enjoy the wonderful mountain world and the sunny terrace. As a little "Zuckerl" treat, we offer our guests the option of using the wellness offerings as well as the swimming pool (free) and the day care (for a fee) at the Kinderhotel Laderhof (50 m away).
Getting there
Easy access via the A12 motorway. Exit in the direction of the Reschen Pass through the Landecker Tunnel to Ried. In Ried, take the left exit in the direction of Ladis Fiss Serfaus

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung, sehr groß, gut eingerichtet, Babybett, Hochstuhl, ein Badezimmer pro Zimmer, Sofaecke, Wohnküche, Esstisch, Garten mit Sandkasten, Trampolin und Spielhaus. Gemeinsame Nutzung der Infrastruktur des Hotels Laderhof (großer Spielplatz, Hallenbad ab 18 Uhr, Schwimmkurs, Essen im Restaurant usw.). Großartige Betreuung durch das Team des Laderhofs, in der Nähe des Laderweihers, geeignet zum Schwimmen, Angeln und Genießen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 5 Minuten, Geldautomat, Bushaltestelle. Die Gondel ist in etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Tolle Wanderwege, kinderfreundliche Region. Ich würde gerne wiederkommen.
