Geräumige Wohnung, schöne groÃ_x009f_e Terrasse, viele Gartenmöbel. Drinnen ist eine Sofalehne empfehlenswert, wenn man Gäste hat. Die Stühle müssten dringend ersetzt werden; das Kunstleder färbt ständig ab und hinterlässt Flecken auf der Kleidung. Auch die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Nicht wirklich schmutzig, aber auch nicht richtig sauber. Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet.
