Die Wohnung war nicht sauber. Das Geschirr im Schrank war schmutzig. In einem Kleiderschrank fanden wir Kleidung von vorherigen Gästen. Unter dem Bett herrschte Unordnung. Saubere Bettwäsche, die 16 â_x0082_¬ pro Person kostete, war fleckig. Wir füllten ein Formular aus und gaben es noch am selben Tag ab. Unsere Beschwerden wurden jedoch nicht ernst genommen. Man forderte uns auf, Fotos zu machen und diese einzusenden.
