Insgesamt ein freundlicher Empfang.
Ich habe nur zwei Kritikpunkte: Die Kaution wurde bei der Ankunft nicht per Scheck bezahlt (da ich keine Kreditkarte hatte) und die Schlüssel wurden mir verweigert. Zum Glück war ich nicht allein im Mietwagen und konnte die Kaution auf die Karte einer zweiten Person überweisen.
AuÃ_x009f_erdem fehlten Informationen zur Abreise; wir wurden nicht darüber informiert, dass wir einen Termin für die Ã_x009c_bergabe vereinbaren mussten, und mussten die Schlüssel zurückgeben, ohne dies getan zu haben.
