Ofterschwang is a typical charming mountain village in the very South of Germany in the midst of the magnificent Alps between Oberstdorf and Kempten. Trips to Austria and Switzerland or Munich and Ulm are easily possible. The region offers all kinds of recreational activities within a magnificent scenery of mountains and meadows, lakes and rivers!
Holiday destination
Only 200 metres separate you from the mountains! Within minutes the "World Cup Express", a modern chair lift, takes you into an attractive skiing area in the winter or into a lovely hiking paradise in the summer. Enjoy the beautiful scenery and recharge your batteries! Just opposite your holiday home you find the local tourist information centre as well as a post office and an ATM.
If you like fresh rolls or "Bretzels" in the morning, you can get them in the nearby shop along with many other local specialities.
