Flat no. 3 is located in the southern part of the village in the immediate vicinity of the dunes of the south beach and the directly adjoining south beach and the Greune Stee nature reserve.
The walk to the south beach, Borkum's most beautiful beach, takes only 8-9 minutes.
From there, a wonderful path leads along the sea to the main beach and the centre of Borkum.
There are also excellent shopping facilities (Markant, Lidl, bakery, hairdresser, kiosk, etc.).
